Team Shirley Robertson won a sailing gold medal for Great Britain in the Yngling class of the Athens Olympics. The website allowed journalists as well as the general public to follow the exploits of Shirley, Sarah Ayton and Sarah Webb as they prepared for, and finally competed, in the Athens games.

The girls, along with coach, Ian Walker, kept personal diaries. The website also contains press releases and newspaper 'cuttings' capturing the exciting atmospere in the Olympic build-up.

Since winning her second Olympic gold sailing medal, Shirley has become a well known face on BBC television. Her new website will launch during September of 2005.
