The client required a site that would enable an interactive relationship with their clients and potential clients.  With new properties to add on a daily basis and properties sold on a daily basis they needed to have control of the content of the site.  Some of the valuable features of this site are:

Portfolio:  Allowing registered clients to browse properties and save a selection to return to for later viewing.

• Email a friend:  Email a link to a friend who may be interested.
• Ring back:  Submit an email with your details, Marvins will ring you back to discuss your needs.
• Download Property:  If you require details of this property click this option and you will receive a PDF laid out on Marvins stationery.  These PDFs are created 'on the fly' pulling the information straight from Marvins database - so no extra labour is required to prepare the information.
• Find on Map: Links straight to multimap.
• Print Pages:  Printer friendly pages.

When you have registered with Marvins every time you login your personal home page will load up. This means that properties that meet your criteria will have been selected from the database and any new additions will be offered to you.  You will also receive email updates if any other properties meeting your criteria are added to the property register.

The entire site is content managed by the client.  Staff training and telephone support was given was given when the site went live.
